Here, you’ll find an in-house butchery, where our master butcher Scott practises his craft. Alongside our signature Flat Iron steak and sides, in Covent Garden we serve beef prepared in the butchery which is supplied by carefully chosen farmers and small producers across the UK. Every week a different carcass of the highest quality rare, native and uncommon beef is delivered and prepared.
